Workplace Investigations

Allegations of harassment, discrimination and complaints of disruptive behaviours are some of the most challenging issues to deal with in a workplace. Knowing how to proceed to get the information you need while being sensitive to the needs of your employees is not always easy. The process itself must be fair and thorough so that you can respond appropriately.

We advise clients on how they should undertake an investigation in response to a variety of circumstances including allegations of bullying or psychological harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour or misconduct.
