Gillian Lush

Gillian commenced her career in Halifax practicing family law, helping her clients navigate the difficult terrain of separation and divorce. During this time, she developed conflict management skills and found that focusing on the people always allowed for the best solution. Since joining HR Atlantic, she has applied these skills to helping clients in the areas of labour, employment and human rights law.

A practicing lawyer called in both Nova Scotia and PEI, Gillian assists clients with legal matters in both provinces. As a certified Workplace Investigator, Gillian conducts workplace investigations and workplace assessments.

Gillian graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and earned her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law (Dalhousie) in 2016.

She is a passionate equestrian and sits on the Board of Directors for the Joyriders Therapeutic Riding Association of PEI.
